For starters, the Canberra would've retired.
The TSR2 was cancelled 'in favour' of American F-111's, but that deal fell through and we ended up buying Phantom II's instead and fitting them with Rolls Royce engines.
The TSR2 was intended as a supersonic, low-level penetrator, so the Vulcans and Victors would not have had to adopt wrap-around camo, for low-level flying and would've also retired.
The Buccaneer would still likely have gone ahead for our carriers, but they would not've been needed by the RAF. Likewise, the SEPECAT Jaguar may have been redundant.
The gap left by the TSR2 was realised to be an important one way too late, by which time, the creation of new, multi-role combat aircraft was seemingly too costly for one country and it took Panavia the time it took to give us the Tornado, which only came close to the (expected capabilities of the 'Eagle'.
All that said, Chris knows way more on the subject than I.
